Our webshop using instructions

Our webshop can be used by everybody- our recent customers, new customers, private persons, companies who are not engaged in the Horeca sector etc. Registration is not mandatory, only click on the products you need and pay for your order.
If you register, then your order history will be saved in our database and by your request you can make repeated order easily, if you log in to your account.

Ordering sequence, 6 steps to make your order in our webshop:
1. Put your needed goods to your shopping cart, by pressing Add to cart button beside each product.
2. For completing your purchase, click the “Shopping cart” button right above in our webshop.

3. During the shopping, process fill your correct name, delivery location and also delivery method.
4. Confirm your order and pay it with your favoured bank link automatically to us.
5. After payment, you will receive within a couple of minutes a confirmation e-mail about us receiving your order.
6. We will receive your payment to our account and we will deliver your ordered goods with transport you chose when making the order.

In our webshop, all prices are without VAT (value added tax).

Transport conditions (shortly):

Estonia every location free for orders over 60 EUR+VAT.
If under 60 EUR+VAT/order then according to your chosen option we need to add 6 EUR+VAT/delivery for courier or 3,5 EUR+VAT/delivery for Smartpost package terminal charges.
If the client comes himself to pick up ordered goods to our warehouse (Leiva 3, Tallinn), then there is no transport fee.

Paid order is binding to the client.
