Consumers (individuals) have a 14-day right of return for goods purchased from the Hotellitarbed.ee webshop, starting from the receipt of the goods.
The right of return has been established to guarantee that the delivered goods correspond to the ordered items.
When you want to return your goods, then everything must be new and unused.
To return your goods the application must be submitted to us by e-mail to webshop@hotellitarbed.ee address within 14 days from receipt of goods.
Return of goods takes place at the expense of the customer and in this case, the original transportation fee will not be refunded (except in case returned goods do not correspond to the initial order).

Returned product/products you need to deliver us back immediately, but no later than 14 days after letting us know about your intentions.
Money for the returned products will be refunded to you immediately, but not later than 14 days after receiving your returned goods to our warehouse.
Consumer's right to return purchased goods comes from Estonian laws legislation and are not Hotellitarbed.ee webshops specific rights.
NB! Purchased goods are non-refundable when the product has been custom-made considering the customer’s special needs or requests (such as products bearing a logo, or specially ordered from some of our factories or supplier).
